Gov. Jay Nixon met today with Gov. Elect Eric Greitens in his Capitol office as part of the transition for the next administration in January. The Governor issued the statement below regarding the meeting:

"Today, I congratulated Gov. Elect Greitens on his election and reiterated to him my unwavering commitment to make certain the transition to his administration is accomplished in a seamless and cooperative manner.
